You can return your items for a voucher credit valid for 6 months. We offer returns up to 7 days after receiving the package . You can use the voucher code to purchase new items. We only accept returns for unworn items, no marks and with the original tags intact and original packaging.

We will send a courier to your pick up address for collection with the return label sent to your email address ,printed and attached to the package. Please use standard shipping pouch or original packaging with weight limit not more than 1 kg.

Your refund will be credited and processed as below:

For Cash on Delivery: orders are not eligible for refunds, we will then issue a voucher code valid for 6 months less the return shipment fee.

For Card Payments: it will be refunded through bank transfer. We will refund you the price of the original order excluding the return shipment fee. You can choose to return your items for a refund bank transfer or voucher code. Please allow refund /bank transfer 7-14 business days.

For Tabby Customers: it will be refunded through bank transfer. We will refund you the price of the original order excluding the return shipment fee. You can choose to return your items for a refund bank transfer or voucher code. Please allow refund /bank transfer 7-14 business days.
